The request of the Virginia State Water Control Board for input from the public on the sufficiency of the U.S. Army Corps NWP 12 permit program for stream crossings of the Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) and the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) produced an outpouring of comments.
FERC Rejects Rehearing Request for MVP
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on June 15 turned down pending petitions to rehear the October 13 agency decision to approve construction of the Mountain Valley Pipeline. The vote was 3-2, with Commissioners LaFleur and Glick dissenting. A copy of the 172-page opinion,
