The Allegheny-Blue Ridge Alliance (ABRA) was formed in September 2014 as a coalition of organizations in response to the threat to the ecology, economies and way of life posed by the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) to affected areas of West Virginia and Virginia.
