April Pierson-Keating, founder of the Mountain Lakes Preservation Alliance, an ABRA member, passed away September 28. April was an inspiration to all who knew and worked with her. Her efforts on behalf of environmental issues in West Virginia and her contributions to the greater welfare of her community were exemplary.
