The June 4 issue of ABRA Update (#279) featured the photos below of pipe storage yards for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline near Bealeton, VA (l) and Culpeper, VA (r). The photo caption said the pipe had been stored at the locations for over 18 months.
FERC Is Asked to Conduct Supplemental EIS for ACP
A coalition environmental and conservation organizations, most of them ABRA members, filed a motion on May 30 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requesting that the Commission supplement the Environmental Impact Statement for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) to address significant new information bearing on the project’s environmental impacts.

Dominion Responds to FERC’s Request for Tox Info on ACP Pipe
Leaching of coating chemicals used in pipe materials for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) is “not a significant pathway and will not result in human health risks,” so stated a July 23 filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) by Dominion Energy Transmission,
