Buckingham County Planners Defer Action on Compressor Station Permit
A decision on a special use permit request for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) Buckingham County compression for was deferred until at least November 21. The Buckingham County Planning Commission, meeting on October 24, was to have voted on the permit after two public hearings on the proposal that occurred on September 26 and October 17.
