Virginia Water Board Calls Special March 1 Meeting on MVP Permit

The Virginia State Water Control Board will convene a special meeting on Friday, March 1 in Richmond to discuss how it should proceed to implement its decision of December 13, 2018 to consider the revocation of the Section 401 certification it granted to the Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) in December 2017.
