Army Corp Gives O.K. to West Virginia Portion of ACP
A Nationwide Permit (NWP) has been issued by the Pittsburgh District of the U.S. Corp of Engineers for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline’s proposed route in West Virginia. The Corp’s February 7 letter of approval indicated that 187 stream crossings and wetlands would be involved in the four West Virginia counties affected: Harrison,
