The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has been asked to revoke the certificate of the Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) in a Formal Complaint filed June 21 by Wild Virginia, Preserve Craig, Indian Creek Watershed Association and two private landowners.

Dominion Energy is making a concerted effort to convince Congress to grant permission for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline to cross the Blue Ridge Parkway, authority for which was withdrawn by the National Park Service (per article above). This is according to several news reports and conversations that some ABRA members have had with Members of Congress and staff.

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) issued on July 10 a Notice of Violation (NOV) against the Mountain Valley Pipeline. In announcing the Notice, DEQ said:
